Principle
This website uses no cookies of its own, no analytics and no tracking services. No visitor measurement takes place. The one exception is the embedded Google Maps map, see "Google Maps" below.
Data security
This website is transmitted exclusively over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS), recognisable by "https://" and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.
Contact
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message content) exclusively to respond to your inquiry. The form on this website does not store any data: your message is sent to us directly from your email program. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures). If no business relationship results, we delete your inquiry no later than 6 months after final processing. Where a business or contractual relationship results from the inquiry, the statutory retention periods for business records of up to 7 years apply (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code § 132, Austrian Commercial Code § 212).
Google Maps
On our homepage we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to show our location. The map is not loaded automatically: only once you actively click "Load map" are your IP address and other technical data transmitted to Google, including to the USA. Your consent is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit; you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this website's browser data. We have no influence on the content or scope of Google's data processing. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). Server log data
When you visit this website, the hosting provider collects technical data (such as IP address, time and page accessed) in server logs to ensure the operation and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing, at any time. Please contact us at the email address above; we will respond within one month (Art. 12 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy whenever required by changes in the law or in our services and data processing.
